Delivery & Returns Policy

  1. Processing Time:
    • Orders placed after 13:00 will be processed the following day.

    • Deliveries will only be processed upon proof of payment.

    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.

    • Processing may be delayed during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. National Delivery Methods Times (all include liability cover):
    • Standard  Delivery: Delivered within 5-10 business days after processing. 

    • Expedited Delivery: Delivered within 2-4 business days after processing.

    • All our deliveries includes liability cover.

    • Orders R30 000 or more have a flat rate of R1600 delivery for anywhere in South Africa.

    • Orders less than R30 000 have a flat rate of R900 delivery for anywhere in South Africa.

    • Collection and delivery of products are the responsibility of the customer if they are anywhere outside of South Africa. (Rest of Africa and International)

    • Collection and delivery of products are the responsibility of the customer if they choose to not have liability cover.

  3. National Shipping Rates:
    • Delivery rates are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location.

    • Expedited or special delivery options incur additional costs.

    • No delivery costs for bikes over R5000

    • No delivery costs for accessories over R1500

  4. Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  5. Delivery Attempts:
    • Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, your order may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping costs may apply.

  6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please ask the courier to fill out a damage report and contact our customer service team ( upon delivery. 

    • Provide your order number and any supporting information (e.g., photos of damage) for assistance.

  7. Incorrect Addresses:
    • Verify your shipping address before confirming your order.

    • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  8. Customs Duties & Taxes (for  Rest of Africa or International Orders):
    • Currently we deliver Nationally, in South Africa only.

    • Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer handles logistics on their side. Eagle Canyon Cycles will ensure safe and secure packaging of your order and will notify you when your order is ready for collection. 

    • Shipping fees vary by country and are not included in customer orders. Collection, delivery, logistics and fees will be handled by customer if delivery is outside of South Africa.
